for example:
Typr of physical activity: Lifting a barbell(Bicep curl)
Muscle group(s): Bicep, Tricep.
Type of muscle contraction: Bicep - concentric, Tricep - eccentric
Can you please do the same for the following activities:
Kicking leg in rugby as the leg contracts the ball during a conversion.
Taking off from the diving blocks in swimming legs
Pulling arm back in archery
Please can you also explain it as i'm very confused.
