Does UC Davis require that you take visual or performing arts to get admitted?
I would like to go to UC Davis to pursue veterinary medicine, but as apart of the A-G, it says that you should take 1 year of an art class. I'd rather not for my schedule doesn't have room because of all the Honors and AP classes. However, I did have Yearbook in the 8th grade and Archery in the 7th year, will these count towards this category?
The following classes are what I am taking for the next 2 years.
Junior Year:
1. Trigonometry
2. English 3AP
3. Chemistry
4. Biology AP
5. Physics
6. Anatomy and Physiology
7. US History AP
8. Spanish 3 (H)
Senior year:
1. Pre-calculus
2. English 4 AP
3. Chemistry AP
4. Newspaper
5. Calculus
6. American Gov't/Econ. AP
7. Physics AP
8. Newspaper
Yes you do need it, and only high school classes count. You could try to take it during the summer or something
